Colorful Adventures between Order and Intuition: Clovis Wieske

In his first solo exhibition at SOON, Wieske challenges the boundaries of visual perception with a play of color and form. The artist, with roots in the Netherlands and Curaçao, weaves a multilayered web of influences and impulses in his works. The starting point of his cross-media work is paper, and his tool is often the squeegee, with which he applies color in thick, bold areas. His creative concepts, however, include graphic manipulations, digital elements, and animated projections. In this way, Wieske creates a fascinating tension between graphic order and the unbridled power of chance in the creative process.

The gallery can be reached on foot from the main train station (Sihlquai exit) within 5 minutes. The nearest public transport stop is "Limmatplatz". There are some public parking spaces along Sihlquai.

The gallery is located on the 2nd floor. There is a goods lift for strollers/wheelchairs. We ask for early information if this is needed - it's complicated ;)
